My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and a few drawbacks. The rooms were spacious and a great setup for our family, equipped with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, but unfortunately, our room wasn't made up after the first night. The free breakfast was a nice touch.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, but there was a mix-up with accommodations for some in my group. The location was convenient, close to downtown shops and restaurants, as well as outlets in Kittery, ME, but a misadvertisement caused some confusion. The service was very friendly and efficient during check-in, although we were charged for an extra adult. The location was convenient for quick access to nearby attractions but was placed right next to the service closet.
